Finally FOCUSED

Okk.. so my weight has always been up and down since forever and every since I had Bryson it's kinda been more on the "up" size ((mainly just my stomach aka as I like to call it, my "pooch")) compared to what I am used to being. Now don't get me wrong, by no means do I think I am "FAT".. I am just a lil chunky with some problem areas that need to be worked on. I keep telling myself I am going to do this.. or do that.. or workout more, eat healthier.. and I do SOO good and start seeing great results.. then I get lazy and comfortable again.. and POOOFF those results disappear just as quickly as they started to show!

Recently a few very CLOSE people have noticed my weight gain and made comments to me about it.. it's really had me down and depressed and ready to break down and go eat a twinkies.. haha.. just kidding I dont even like twinkies.. but you know what I'm saying! But today I've FINALLY decided I am not gonna let it get me down, but yet encourage me (which I know that's all they are trying to do in the first place).

I have a weight loss goal of 7lbs right now. Then after that I will set a new goal to maintain that weight and stay fit. Not only do I want to loose the weight, I want to tone up with it too and feel more confident about my body. I have pretty much cut out fast foods all together and sodas and am going to stick to a good healthy diet, lots of H20 and maintain a workout schedule. My goal is to loose this weight by my birthday.. that's TWO WEEKS. So about 3-4 pounds a week, I can do it, right?!
