Mobile Tour Manager Needed

Mobile Tour Manager
YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS TOUR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED

* 3 month traveling mobile tour (June – Aug.) We will fly the candidate chosen to the starting point of the tour
* Tour Route to include - NY, CT, NJ, VA, and areas in the Northeast
* Responsible for driving tour vehicle to every event, in addition to maintenance and upkeep of vehicle
* Supervising & assisting with program set-up and break-down
* Managing local Brand Ambassadors & interacting with client contacts
* Calling staff the day before the event to check in & confirm them
* Handling all timesheets, capturing professional event photos, event reporting, & receiving project supplies
* Inventory of supplies and all event day logistics
* Adhering to all project requirements and deadlines
* Reporting all updates, changes and information to your Account Manager & staying in constant communication with Triple Point
* Exerting and maintaining professional behavior in the field, motivating and encouraging your team, and positively representing our clients, their brands and * * * Triple Point on every event.
* Must be at least 25 yrs old
* Clean driving record and proof of auto insurance
* Highly competitive rate
* Lodging will be paid for by company
